Dear Prospective Boys Team Charity League member,

Thank you for your interest in boys team charity (btc). boys team charity is a volunteer service organization dedicated to developing an altruistic spirit in young men through active participation of parents and sons in philanthropic projects in their community.

Our Mile High btc calendar operating year runs from May 1 through April 30 every year. Our website will be open to prospective new members (graduating classes 2025-2030) March 4 - March 11, 2024. Please complete the Prospective Member App during that time frame if you are interested in joining the btc Mile High League. Please note that btc membership is reviewed on an annual basis and class sizes are capped at 30. Prospective new members must be sponsored by an existing member, and will be selected by a random draw. You will be contacted by the membership committee by March 19, 2024 with additional information regarding the new membership process.

Hours Requirements:
Annual minimum Philanthropy Service Hours requirements for both boys and parent(s):
Grade 7, 8, & 9........................15 hours each*
Grade 10, 11, & 12..................10 hours each*
Annual minimum League Hours requirements for both boys & parent(s): 6 hours minimum each (earned by attending general or grade level meetings as mentioned above)

Volunteer requirements: btc is a volunteer organization that is operated by parent volunteers. All parent members are expected to participate in a leadership capacity during tenure with Mile High btc.

Financial Requirements: Each league has annual membership dues that are used to cover the costs of operating the league. Please contact the VP Membership (contact info will be provided to you at the end of this application) if you need specific league dues information.

Please note to qualify for membership of the btc Mile High League you must live within the Cherry Creek School District's Campus Middle School boundaries. If you attend private school but live within the Campus Middle School boundaries you may still join btc Mile High League. If you do not live within these boundaries, we are sorry you can't join us but we would be happy to direct you to new leagues that are in the process of forming. Please contact the VP of Membership.
